LBA Parent Agreement (Service Level Agreement)

At La Belle Arts (LBA), we believe in partnership. Our aim is to provide high-quality dance education in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. This agreement sets out the shared expectations between LBA and our families to ensure the best experience for every student.

Our Commitment to Families

We will:

  • Provide professional teaching that supports each child’s development and confidence.

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment at all times.

  • Communicate clearly about classes, events, and opportunities, giving as much notice as possible.

  • Share essential policies (such as safeguarding, health & safety, and code of conduct).

  • Listen to feedback and handle concerns fairly and in line with our policies.

Family Commitment to LBA

We ask parents/guardians to:

  • Ensure students arrive on time, prepared, and in appropriate uniform.

  • Communicate respectfully with staff and other families.

  • Support their child’s commitment to classes and, where opted in, to additional opportunities.

  • Respect LBA’s operational decisions (including timetables, class structures, competition entries, and events).

  • Follow our policies on safeguarding, health & safety, and code of conduct.

Mutual Understanding

  • Participation in additional opportunities (shows, workshops, competitions) is always optional. Once a family opts in, attendance and costs become the family’s responsibility.

  • LBA’s duty of care applies during classes, rehearsals, and events organised by LBA. Parents remain responsible for their child before and after class times.

  • Upset, disappointment, and other normal emotions are part of learning and will be supported through pastoral care. Safeguarding concerns are handled separately, under our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.

Agreement

By enrolling at LBA, families agree to uphold this Parent Agreement alongside our full policies and terms. Together, we can ensure that every child enjoys their dance journey in a positive, respectful, and supportive community.
